Frequently asked questions
Safety and how it works
Could I get banned?
Ignidra is designed to respect Blizzard's published rules for third-party tools: text logs, no memory reading, injection or automation. No guarantee against bans is possible; see Account safety.
Why do SmartScreen or my antivirus show a warning?
A recent programme may not have SmartScreen reputation. Download from our GitHub release page, verify SHA256SUMS.txt and see installation instructions. An antivirus detection needs investigation: send the detection name to support.
Where is my data?
On your PC, in Ignidra's folder. Your games, decks, reviews and notes stay local. The Hearth is not open yet.
Does Ignidra slow the game down?
Ignidra reads a text file and shows two panels. The Home tab shows the memory and CPU it uses, measured on your PC.
Can I use it in tournaments?
Check your tournament rules and the organiser's instructions before using it.
What about Mac or Linux?
No: Ignidra is available for Windows 10 and 11, 64-bit.
Using Ignidra
The panels don't show up
On Ignidra's Home tab, click “Set up Hearthstone logs”, then restart the game once. Ctrl+Shift+B shows the panels if they were hidden.
Is Ignidra translated?
Yes, into all 14 Hearthstone languages, cards included.
How do I uninstall the application?
Windows Settings → Apps → Ignidra → Uninstall. Your local history may remain in the application folder; see Privacy.
Does Ignidra help me during the Arena draft?
No, on purpose: Blizzard rejects draft helpers in Arena. Ignidra shows your deck and curve, like the game does.
Is Battlegrounds Duos tracked?
No: nothing is shown or saved in Duos.
